Model SEJ Expansion Joint
The Model SEJ Expansion Joint compensates for vertical movement of completion tubing during treatment, injection or geothermal temperature fluctuations. The SEJ expansion joint is splined over the full stroke length of the tool, facilitating torque transmission in any position. A range of stroke lengths are available to tailor completion to downhole conditions.
The nominal working specifications for the SEJ Expansion Joint is 10,000 psi (68.9 MPa) working pressure at a 68°F (20°C) to 350°F (177°C) service temperatures depending on materials.
