The bi-directional, case-carburized external barrel slips ensure secure anchoring onto the well casing, while the multi-duro packing elements provide exceptional isolation from pressure above and below the packer. Key features include a hydraulic-set mechanism retrievable by straight pull or cut-to-release, a one-piece mandrel to eliminate potential leak paths, and suitability for multizone production applications.

The packer offers flexible retrieval options: the Model RHR Packer can be retrieved with a straightforward pull, while the Model RHC Packer can be released by cutting a pre-machined cut-zone in the packer mandrel. For the pull-to-release option, retrieval values can be conveniently adjusted in the field by adding or removing shear screws to achieve the desired retrieval force.

Designed to withstand up to 10,000 psi (68.9 MPa) differential pressures and equipped with element options suitable for service temperatures up to 400°F (204°C), the RHR & RHC Packer is built to handle demanding conditions.
