The SJR On-Off Tool is composed of two primary components: the overshot, which is mounted on the tubing string, and the stinger, which is mounted on the packer. The overshot can be easily disengaged using either a standard left release or an optional right quarter-turn release. Additionally, the washover shoe on the overshot efficiently cuts through debris, facilitating seamless engagement with the stinger. The seals are conveniently retrieved with the overshot, allowing for redressing at the surface.

The SJR On-Off tool is engineered with robust strength and durability in mind. Its polished mandrel is equipped with heavy lugs that ensure high tensile strength, while the materials and heat treatments are specifically chosen to meet sour service requirements.

The SJR On-Off tool is capable of handling pressures up to 10,000 psi (68.9 MPa) and operating at service temperatures up to 350°F (177°C), depending on the materials used. This capability ensures the tool remains robust and efficient, delivering a reliable and high-performing solution even in the most demanding conditions.
