Model TSV-H HP/HT Tubing Retrievable Safety Valve
The Model TSV-H High Pressure & High Temperature Tubing Retrievable Safety Valve is engineered with advanced features, including a high-strength single rod piston and an HPHT metal seal flapper-type sub-surface safety valve. It is specifically designed to shut in the harshest environments of tubing well flow at a desired depth below the wellhead.
The TSV-H safety valve is managed hydraulically from the surface using a high-performance tubing control line, which features a specially designed high-pressure fitting connected to the surface safety system control panel. During production, the valve remains open due to hydraulic pressure. When this pressure is released from the control system, the valve closes automatically due to the force of a high-strength spring.
The TSV-H safety valve is tubing conveyed and features a high-performance metal-to-metal sealing body joint and closure mechanism. It is constructed using specially heat-treated materials and includes an advanced design metal-to-metal sealing flapper and flapper seat combination, ensuring superior high-pressure gas sealing performance. Its actuating mechanism includes a bi-directional, HPHT non-elastomeric seal stack to prevent gas migration through the hydraulic control line.
